With my own blessed mum gone and mastitis wiping me out...
I have friends who bring us dinner and take my rambunctious two year old off my hands.
The only thing better is standing in the shower with blistering hot water beating down on my sore chest until that blistering hot water is all gone (which I do at least twice a day).
But I digress.
