I DRENCHED the passenger seat of my parents' van right after I had Chiara. Drenched it. Not made it slightly damp, but drenched it. And I can't even blame it on a sneeze ... I just laughed too hard! Totally feel your pain, Heath. :)
I have actually never had it happen with a sneeze, but a cough yes. But thankfully once I wasn't pregnant it stooped happening. :) But unlucky for my sister-she still deals with this and her baby is almost 2. :(
NEVER!!!! I can't believe you can't hold it in! :) (All of that was said with A LOT of sarcasm, in case you didn't catch that!) Don't you love being pregnant??!?!
You're definitely not alone....the unpleasant side affects of those pesky coughs and sneezes is just one of the lovely pregnancy perks we all enjoy. :)
This is one of the many things that we talk about in my pelvic floor class (I would list some other things, but this is a family blog). There are exercises to help with that. For a small fee of $200 I can give them to you.
Oh yes. I do not miss those days. I quickly learned that I had to sit down quickly if I felt a sneeze coming on - that was the best chance I had, but not foolproof, to avoid episodes of incontinence.

When my water broke, Ryan honestly thought I just had another accident. The beauties of pregnancy.
I love you...soon all this will be forgotten in the excitement of our new baby girl!

See how valuable having a physical therapist in the family is? :) Thanks Andrea, for the kind offer! :P
haha I love you Heather! I went to a class at the gym the other day and I couldn't do the jumping jacks for this exact reason! :)
Heather--I never told you congrats on it being a girl! So fun!
I have never experienced this. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!

At least you can blame it on the pregnancy.
