Shouldn't have done it.
Let me introduce to my house:

Except that it is not and never will be my house. It's perfect. And I mean perfect-within-our-price-range-reasonable-first-home-perfect. It's older (built in 1939) and needs some work (yard is overcome with weeds, definitely needs paint, etc.), but it has a big yard, a two car garage (albeit detached), it's at the end of a quiet street, next to a school with a playground. And yet, it's right off Highland Drive, close to EVERYTHING. It would be a reasonable commute for Landon to work, there's even a church building on the corner of that street and Highland, for heavens' sake! Peered into the windows (don't worry, it's empty) and liked what I saw...hardwood floors, updated kitchen...and the pictures of the interior on the realty website are great too...it's even on the lower end of our price range, so we could afford to do some fixing up right away....
Sigh. So goodbye to you, my perfect little house....

Buying a house in Utah! What a thought, eh? It won't be too far off in your future and hopefully if this one is gone another perfect one will be on it's way. We have a two car detached garage. I love that I have a garage, but I hate carrying two babies across the frozen over ice driveway 3 months of the year. Then again, it doesn't ice there like it does in Iowa. :-) Happy dreaming for the time being! What fun dreams!
Oh, Heather! I love this house too. I love bungalows. Maybe, just maybe, it'll be available if and when you guys can move her permanently.
